Laura brings more than 25 years of experience in the global medical device industry, with a proven track record of advancing innovation, scaling operations, and driving international growth. Her deep industry knowledge and longstanding connection to Baylis uniquely positions her to lead the company into its next phase of growth.
Laura began her career at Baylis Medical Company and progressed through senior leadership roles in Product Development, Quality, and Operations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of the Access Solutions business at Boston Scientific, where she was responsible for global commercialization, market expansion, and the product portfolio.
Her appointment marks a meaningful and natural evolution in the company’s leadership. With this leadership transition, Kris Shah, formerly President and CEO, and Frank Baylis, formerly Executive Chairman, have both assumed new roles as Co-Executive Chairmen of the Board, continuing to provide strategic oversight and long-term guidance.
